The Day

The road, the journey.

2007 – Kolej MARA Banting. USA was my dream. Princeton.
2008 – Plan changed. new dream, United Kingdom, University of Southampton.
2009 – Plan changed. Taylor’s. and back to my initial plan, United States of America.
2010 – Aimed for University of Wisconsin – Madison, my dream university. and got accepted. had to reject it. Applied to the University of Iowa.

January 2, 2011 – Took off to the University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa, United States.

December 15, 2012 – Graduated from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, United States.

It has been a great journey.

The heart speaks

Today
Sitting on the bench beside Iowa River. It was so calm. It was cold. It was so quiet, but just for a while, before the music of the construction turned on. I could not be so much in love with Iowa City than this moment.
Now tell me, how am I supposed to leave the love I have here? How am I supposed to leave my life here? The peace, the calmness.
The only music I could hear was my own rythm.
Allah sent me here. I could not thank HIM enough for the chance, for the pathway He showed me. But I admit, there is one thing that i dont have here. Family.

soon.

Will be leaving on a jet plane soon. and I don’t know when I’ll be back again to this second home of mine. and yes, I hate to go.

Iowa City, where I’ve found loves.

Fly like a bird.

Time flies by very fast, right?
They say time can never measure how well you know each other. right?
and time can also change people. True, and checked.

yes, being free is a good feeling. free from the sad love story and free from the negative thoughts.

Words. Can be sharper than the sharpest knife. Because you will not forget what people say. I will not. I will forgive. But to forget? Shall wait a million years.

define, yes define. Explain please explain. and justify whichever way you want. Once is forgiven, twice can be accepted. Thrice? Sorry, I am done.

Fly people fly. Be free. I am free. I fly like a bird. I go anywhere I like, and do whatever I love. and love whoever I want. Free.
